🚶♂️🐾 Love dogs? Enjoy being outside? We’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and experienced Group Dog Walkers to lead safe and structured pack walks for well-matched dogs in the Lakes Region!
About Us:
We believe lunch breaks should be for enjoying—not rushing home to walk the dog. That’s where we come in! Our experienced caregivers give pups the exercise and enrichment they need while bringing peace of mind to their people.
What You’ll Do:
Pick up and transport pups to low-traffic walking spots (no busy neighborhoods or overstimulating areas).
Lead structured 1-hour group walks, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
Return dogs home happy and tired, following client-specific care instructions.
Provide quick updates and adorable pup pics to clients via our Time To Pet (TTP) app.
Manage leash handling, group dynamics, and reinforce basic training as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Hiring multiple people to cover shifts Monday through Friday, 9:o0 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (You do not need to be available all five days—let us know your schedule!) ✅ Reliable, compassionate, and confident handling multiple dogs at once. ✅ Strong leash-handling skills and an understanding of canine body language. ✅ A safe, insured, and reliable vehicle for transporting dogs. ✅ Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication. ✅ Physically able to walk for an hour in all weather conditions.
Compensation:
💰 Hourly base pay plus additional pay per dog—the more pups you walk, the more you earn! 🚗 Mileage reimbursement for travel between client homes.
Bonus Points If You:
Have prior experience with pack walks or dog training.
Are familiar with positive reinforcement techniques.
Love being outdoors in all seasons!
